Nevertheless, the most classic amongst the home remedies for sore throat and cough is using steaming method. Used throughout many generations, this method requires filling a bowl with hot water. Then adding a few drops of a decongestant such as eucalyptus oils and then place a towel over your head and breathing in the infusion. This may help by opening up the nasal passages and loosens infection that might be affecting the throat.
Not to be forgotten, honey and lemon are also one of the best home remedies for sore throat and cough. The two ingredients combined together can act as a tea to stop dryness in the throat and release the pain. They also work best together to sooth a scratchy and inflamed throat.
Another home remedies for sore throat and cough are those with a sweet tooth that is eating of hard candy. Actually, sugar in the candy is a great source of keeping the throat soothed. Addition to this, the action of sucking on hard candy means forcing the mouth to produce saliva which can help naturally stop the dryness that is often associated with sore throats.
From all of above, we know that home remedies for sore throat and cough not requires much money and home remedies cure are from things that we can easy to get such as honey, herbal teas and lemon, . At least, for a sore throat home remedies cure should start with a gargle and then drinking lots of water, particularly warm liquids and then taking plenty of rest and relaxation for better result.
